Nutritionists Say "NO" To These 13 Foods (And You Should Too)

Share:

Nutritionists are aware of the amount of nutrients that foods have and how unhealthy some of them are. For their health, they decide to put them aside and not include them in their diet (or at least not constantly). And they want you to know what they are so that you also have the necessary tools to say YES or NO to a food.

1. Artificial sweeteners

Not all artificial sweeteners are healthy, so nutritionists prefer to stay away from them and use natural ways to sweeten coffee.

2. Margarine

Maybe you've already heard it, but margarine isn't a good food for your health. They tend to have trans fat (although now many brands try to do without this unhealthy fat). What to do then? Choose organic shortenings that potentiate the omega 3 in your body (and not fill you with unhealthy fats).

3. Frozen meals

Frozen food is equal to processed foods. And as you know they are very unhealthy.

4. Sausages

Yes, they are very rich, but the truth is that hot dogs have more fat than meat and are essentially processed foods.

5. Ramen noodles

These noodles have a lot of sodium and in excess, it makes health very badly. It also has very little nutritional value.

6. Donuts

They are delicious, they are colorful, but they are bad for your health. They are composed of refined white flour, they are fried, they have a lot of sugar: that is, it's everything you don't want to consume to improve your health.

7. Fast food burgers

It may be an option to get you out of trouble, but you should usually say no to this food. They are composed of bad ingredients for your health and have a lot of trans fat.

8. Microwave popcorn

The popcorn we buy in the supermarket and make in the microwave have too many chemicals and is more processed food than you think. It's better to do it by your own means.

9. Raw oysters

The other raw ones can be bad for your health because not cooking can be accompanied by sea infections or transmit certain diseases.

10. Soft drinks

A pump of sugar, gas, and calories for your body. You can get rid of thirst with more nutritious and delicious drinks without resorting to soft drinks.

11. Pretzels

More than that, they are refined carbohydrates that have large amounts of sugar. In turn, they don't end with appetite and they want to eat more and more.

12. Rice crackers

Contrary to what we thought, rice crackers aren't a good option for your health. That's because they are made with refined carbohydrates that raise the blood sugar level. They aren't very caloric but that's not why they are healthy.

13. Prepackaged sushi

If you're going to eat sushi it's important that you consume the fresh, not the pre-packed of the supermarket. Fish is always better fresh (and it's much healthier).
Nutritionists prefer to avoid these foods to take care of their health. Do you consume them often?
