1. Carnival of Sitges, in February and March

Valencia is a beautiful city, but in March it's especially encouraged with Las Fallas. Las Fallas celebrate the festivity of San José. Without a doubt, the trip from Barcelona is worthwhile to see how the Spaniards of the southeast in the Mediterranean celebrate the holidays. It's highly recommended since last year a large group of BCU Erasmus students went down there and had a great time!

5. Running of the Bulls in Pamplona, from July 6 to 14
